Participating in our sambo section you will not only acquire effective self-defense skills, but will also become stronger, learn to endure serious physical stress, and control negative emotions. - Replacement shoes.

Sambo as a martial arts discipline has enjoyed consistently high popularity for several decades. Classes in sambo build character, in addition to physical exertion and self-defense skills, there is also a psychological aspect, develops the will and teaches not to be afraid to be one-on-one with your opponent. And this is not surprising at all, because the highest functionality and versatility characteristic of it allows not only to effectively resist the enemy, but also to temper willpower and character, to become more enduring, to gain self-confidence. And today children, practicing sambo, not only learn to defend themselves, but also gain experience of honorable behavior based on the values of patriotism and citizenship.
EATURES OF THE SAMBO SECTION AT THE "DYNAMO SPORTS CENTER":
In order to achieve maximum effectiveness, each workout includes:
- Mandatory warm-up.
- ВPerformance of acrobatic elements.
- Practice throws, grabs, and punches.
Among our coaches are exclusively professionals, masters of sports, athletes with extensive coaching experience. The duration of training in SC "Dynamo Sports Center" is 1.5 hours.
