Judo Competition Registration Instructions
Dear Parents,
We are pleased to invite young athletes to participate in our upcoming Judo Competition. This tournament is designed as a developmental event to help children gain competition experience and prepare for larger tournaments in the future.
Please carefully follow the registration instructions below.

1. Competition Payment
To complete the registration process, the participation fee must be paid first.
1. Please follow the provided link to the competition website.
2. Locate the green “Pay” button on the page.
3. Click “Pay” and complete the payment process.
After the payment is successfully completed, you will automatically be redirected to the competition registration page.

2. Registration Form
Once redirected, please complete the registration form with the following information:
Required information:
• Parent’s First and Last Name
• Child’s First and Last Name
• Child’s Date of Birth
• Child’s Exact Weight
Before filling out the form, please weigh your child and enter their exact weight (do not round the number).
You will also need to provide:
• Training experience in months
Examples:
• 5 years of training = 60 months
• 1 year of training = 12 months
• 3 months of training = 3 months
Additional required information:

• Email address
After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details, including what your child should bring to the competition.

3. Weight Divisions
Weight divisions will be formed after registration is completed.
• Each division will include approximately 3 to 5 athletes.
• If a division has fewer participants, additional matches may be organized so that each child has the opportunity to gain valuable competition experience.
This tournament is designed to provide learning opportunities and competitive practice for young athletes.

4. Competition Brackets

will be available at the venue on the day of the competition.

5. Arrival Time on Competition Day
All participants must arrive at 8:30 AM on the day of the competition.
Please arrive on time.
During this time:
• athletes will begin their warm-up and preparation
• parents will be required to sign a participation waiver form.
