Judokas wear kimono made of thick fabric (jacket, pants and belt). It is necessary to choose a kimono according to the child’s standards: the shape should be comfortable and not hinder movement.
It is important to know how to put on a kimono correctly:
- boys (men) put on a kimono on their naked body;
- girls wear a T-shirt under their jacket, which is tucked into their pants;
- the jacket is put on so that the left hem is on top. The jacket wraps from the left side to the right, since according to Japanese traditions this is how clothes are worn.
Our experienced trainers @tsysarartur , @kuzyutina89 , @antonkarpov1982 will always help and advise on Judo training. We are waiting for you at the classes at Dynamo Sports Center.
