General training means of strength development: exercises with resistance – resistance (shock absorber, partner resistance, environmental resistance – water, sand, self-resistance) allow you to increase muscle strength and high-speed power work of the whole body. Therefore, children of this age are not recommended to work with heavy weights. Children have an active growth phase and therefore training on sand with their own weight gives a big boost to strength and speed training. For children, this training in projection on an adult replaces a good strength training in the gym.
