Dynamo Open Judo Championship

Welcome to the Dynamo Open Judo Championship!

We are excited to welcome young athletes and their families to a fun, safe, and professionally organized judo tournament. Our event is designed to give children of all experience levels the opportunity to compete, build confidence, and enjoy the spirit of judo in a positive environment.

Whether this is your child's first competition or they already have tournament experience, every participant will have the chance to learn, improve, and create lasting memories.

Registration Process

Registering for the tournament is quick and easy.

Step 1 – Complete Your Registration
Visit the official tournament registration page, complete the required information, review and sign the Tournament Waiver, and submit the $65 registration fee. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will automatically be redirected to the Competitor Registration Form.

Step 2 – Register the Competitor

Please complete the athlete's information, including:

• Parent or Guardian Name
• Competitor Name
• Date of Birth
• Exact Weight
• Judo Experience (in months)
• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address

Please weigh your child before completing the form and enter their exact current weight without rounding.

Training experience should be entered in months. Examples:

• 6 months = 6
• 1 year = 12
• 3 years = 36
• 5 years = 60

After registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing important event information, including the venue address, arrival instructions, competition schedule, and additional details for participants.

Competition Divisions

Divisions will be created after registration closes.

Competitors will be grouped by:

• Age
• Weight
• Experience level (when appropriate)

Our goal is to create balanced divisions that provide every child with a fair and enjoyable competition experience.

If necessary, divisions may be combined to ensure each athlete has the opportunity to compete in multiple matches.

Tournament Schedule

Tournament brackets and match assignments will be finalized after registration has closed.

The following information will be available on the day of the competition:

• Weight divisions
• Match schedule
• Competition brackets

Competition Day

Please arrive by 8:30 AM for athlete check-in.

Upon arrival:

• Athletes will check in and prepare for competition.
• Warm-ups will begin.
• Any remaining documents will be completed if necessary.

Please arrive early to help ensure the event starts on schedule.
